You may not be keen on "Church" but the Croydon churches have arranged for Street Pastors to be in town some evenings to help where they can. These people are volunteers, and they don't shove Jesus down your throat (though they're happy to talk about why they're there in the evening and what He means to them). They're as much there to listen as to talk ... They're there to help young people in trouble or distress - so if you see any, please go and say "thank you for being there" even if you don't need them - like I said, they're volunteers and it doesn't take much time to say "thank you" and it means a lot to them. Play hard, play safe!
